Welcome to M&J Abstracts, LLC, a title abstracting company that is ready to be of service to your title searching needs.
My name is Joseph R. Marcano. I am an Attorney-at-Law and owner and manager of M&J Abstracts, LLC.
Since 1994, I've been working as a full time Professional Title Abstractor doing title searches for real property, serving Washington DC and Maryland. During those years, I've gained a wealth of experience, both in commercial and residential searches.
My education background is as follows: JD Degree, Northwestern California University School Of Law; Bachelor of Science in Law Degree, Northwestern California University School Of Law; Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Criminal Justice and Associate's Degree with honors in Paralegal Studies.
In addition to doing title searches, I've conducted title searching training; prepared notices for foreclosures; examined title searches; processed title claims and reviewed potential estate claims.
The above combined experience, among other things, has provided me with a much-needed broader view of what the settlement process entails, and in effect, the necessary tools tailored to meet the needs of my customers; a product that is timely, efficient, and second to none.
